Warranty and Returns



For all products Raynor warrants to the original purchaser all components for the life of the product with the exception of upholstery, foam, laminates, electrical components, and electrical height adjustable motors, 24/7 seating are warranted for 5 years.

Raynor warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material defects, and will repair or replace, at Raynor's option, any unaltered components. Raynor does not warrant any aftermarket hardware that is installed on the product.

 Raynor’s seating warranty is limited to the normal use of the product in a forty hour work week and a 275 lb. weight limit unless otherwise noted

 Raynor shall NOT be liable for consequential or incidental damage arising from any product defect.

 The Raynor Group warranty is limited to replacement or repair and does not cover cost of transportation and labor. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described.  Proof of purchase is required to validate this warranty. The Raynor Group does not warrant customer’s own material.

Return Policy / Process
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Customer Service will issues a return authorization number to Agency (Buyer) within 1-2 days after the request is received. Return fees include a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original purchase price plus freight. The item(s) must be packed in its original carton and packaging. Product pick-up takes approximately 3-5 days after authorization is issued.
